fitness updates…

had some PR’s since the last post, updated some of them on the right side. 

went back to pretty much being gluten free (except beer and cake the last 2 weekends).  Will probably stay on it just b/c i’m training really well and am making solid gains.  I’ve been pretty much gluten free since 8/28, and I drink 1c colostrum and 1c whole raw milk as PWO.  Recovery is getting better with that, and I’m not noticing noticeable mass gain with the reintroduction of dairy.  Have not been sleeping as well as of late, though I think it’s just a function of going to sleep too late.

grilling on the weekends now too.  pretty much every sunday, there’s chicken on the grill and either flank steak or pulled pork or something else to go with it.  Sets me up for the week, peeps are more than welcome to come by if they want. 

just started the grassfed beef group buy at the academy too.  7 people, 1/4 cow, everyone ends up with roughly 10lbs of meat.  cooked the brisket last night, and it’s pretty good.  The grassfed beef thing could be the start of something awesome.  Next is the pastured pork and chickens.  Maybe I should just move and buy a god damn farm.

oh, and we built an o-lift platform at Joe’s place.  it’s pretty legit.  stoked that he’s lifting and will be getting stronger (once his elbow heals from the freak ring accident).

more updates to come.  I like streaming consciousness.  I probably shouldn’t do it at work though.
